What Will You Do?

Do you remember the post I did on the inspiration video and story of the father and son. I have seen the video a few times. (at least 4) I shared it will my beloved, my mom, my dad, and when I originally saw it. After seeing it so many times, I started really listening to the words of the song. The words are great. The song might be a little beaty ;0), but at least read the words if you don't want to hear it.

I Can Only Imagine
I can only imagine
What it will be like
When I walk
By your side
I can only imagine
What my eyes will see
When your face
Is before me
I can only imagine
CHORUS:
Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart feel
Will I dance for you Jesus or in awe of you be still
Will I stand in your presence or to my knees will I fall
Will I sing hallelujah, will I be able to speak at all
I can only imagine
I can only imagine
When that day comes
And I find myself
Standing in the Son
I can only imagine
When all I will do
Is forever
Forever worship You
I can only imagine

Words and Music by Bart Millard

I was trying to imagine what I would do when my face is before His. Oh my!! I really don't know what I would do. Listening to the song, I think I'd be the one that won't be able to dance, or stand or sing. You will see me in awe, on my knees, unable to speak. ;0) What do you think you will do when that day comes and you are standing before Him?

Here is the original post that has the song. The video is at the end of the post.

I love that song!! It's kind of countryish which I don't normally like country music but I just LOVE that one. The words and everything is just so beautiful. I feel very much like the singer in that I can not imagine what it will be liking standing in the presence of our Lord and Saviour.

Also, glad to see that your family is safe and sound what with all the bad weather that hits Florida.

I don't know what I'll do. My guess is I'll be speachless, but I also dream that I will run into his arms for the ultimate embrace!

Thanks for your comments on my blog. I appreciate you visiting it.

Oh! I would love if you could help me put the verse of the day from biblegateway.com on my site, too!

I love this song! It was so comforting to me after the death of my precious dad. I tried to imagine him there, in the prescence of the Lord. As much as I miss him, I wouldn't deny him the joy he must be feeling...
